To construct a 2,072 square foot church assembly room, a 226 square foot lobby, 330 square foot restrooms, and a 114 square foot storage room within the 2,911 square foot 1st story of a new building. In addition, to construct storage rooms within the 960 square foot basement of the same building. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD06-02104 anticipating an office use on the 1st story. The floor will be strengthened to support the required 100 psf live load. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete pier blocks, wood columns, wood beams, interior nonbearing walls, two restrooms accessible to the disabled, an elevated platform, and finishes.
