Work to include, selective demolition of interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new partitions to create 8 new individual office spaces, small conference room, and work room for printer/mailrooms, new lobby reception area, repair, replace and relocate suspended ceiling tiles and lighing as necasary, modify existing mechanical system, miscellaneous related interior finishes. Minor exterior work includes trenching and installing underground conduit to an existing power generator. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has a fire alarm system. The fire sprinkler permit is issued under FIR08-00058 & Fire alarm system under FIR08-00059. The fire sprinkler system shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
