This project is for the relocation of the washer dryer hook ups in the spare laundry room on the ground level of an existing single family dwelling "Townhouse". The project is also to relocate the furnace and water heater to the garage area and plumb for a water closet, vanity and shower area separated from the new laundry area by a new nonbearing partition with a pocket door.
