This permit is to allow for a final inspection for an expired permit "BLD99-01685" for a 300s.f. addition to an existing single family dwelling. See comment field. Separate electrical fial inspection is to be approved prior to this final inspection and issuance of a Letter of Compliance. There is to be a 2-hour charge @ $46.31 per hr. for this permit/inspection. All per the approved project description in the comment field. pep
