The second story is 1679 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room over the garage. The attached garage is 1334 sq. ft. and there is also a covered back porch of 252 sq. ft. as well as a covered front patio of 54 sq. ft. Side setbacks are five feet and projections into the five feet need to be built with one hour protection on the underneath side with no openings allowed.
