To remodel an existing 1,679 square foot tenant space and convert it to retail sales and a wine bar with a seating area. Work is to include upgrading an existing restroom to be accessible to the disabled, creating a 2nd means of egress, constructing steps and handrails, installing a guard at existing non-safety glass located next to the new steps, and installing finishes. Display shelves and millwork will also be provided. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
