**(Supervalu)** (Conference room remodel)** To construct a new nonbearing, noncombustible interior partition to divide an existing conference room into two separate rooms of 434 sq ft and 395 sq ft to be used as a teleconference room and a small conference room per approved plans. Work to include, construction of 20 lf partition, reconfigure existing HVAC system to serve both sides, relocate existing lighting and add new switching, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
