This project is for the addition of approx 12s.f. to each unit of an existing duplex. The additions willl be in the bathroom areas of both units and select reconfiguration of these bathrooms will be done. R-2 setbacks are approved by Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical plumbing and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked Energy component work sheet and the plan review notes. pep
