*(Parnell & Harr)**(Suite 1201) To remodel an existing 3525 sq ft office space located on the 12th floor per approved plans. This space was originally constructed as a vanilla finish under BLD07-02947 . The area of the entire 12th story is about 14,520 square feet. The area of the lobby is approximately 2,630 sq ft the lobby was upgraded under BLD07-02000. Work is to include, construction of interior nonbearing noncombustible partitions, installation of new suspended ceilings and related lighting, to create new office spaces, conference rooms, reception areas, hallways, breakroom, all related interior finishes, reducting of entire area connecting to existing HVAC System, all per the approved drawings. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 12th floor are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. These systems shall be upgraded throughout the entire floor to comply with current standards unless they are already compliant. If not already existing, fire-safing shall be installed at the perimeter of the 12th floor between the floor and the spandrel glass.This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. The restrooms were previously upgraded under Bld02-00731. A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION AND MODIFICATION TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND ALARM SYSTEM. RmH
