(ICRMP BUILDING - ROOFTOP ANTENNA) To install three rooftop antenna's per approved plans, engineering details and CAA08-00015. The antenna's and other necessary roof equipment will mount to the existing four-inch square steel tube t-frames on the buildings roof. Associated equipment will also be placed on the ground adjacent to the structure on the west side. This is a scope of work permit. A letter of completion is to be issued when done. Some electrical work will occur. The structural engineering firm is requiring a structural engineer from the firm inspect for the correct installation of the antennas. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for a one hour construction substitution. (SRZ)
