Description
This project is for the placement of a new basement foundation for the relocation of the existing main level unit of an existing duplex with 1232s.f. of living space at 6205 W Franklin Rd. The existing structure was inspected 3-28-2008 under MIS08-00060 by inspector #316 requireing a $2500.00 bond BND08-00035 for clean up of the original site and the code upgrades required for new location. The new basement is to used as one unit of a new duplex approved through CAA08-00020 by Sue Hansen & Cody Riddle. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. The dwelling unit separation required by IRC R317.1 will be done using IBC Table 720.1(3) item number 13-1.4 in order to use the existing floor joists. This new floor ceiling assembly is requied to also have supporting construction per R317.1.1. A SEPARATE PLAN / DESIGN AND PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CARPORT. All per the approved plans as marked Energy compliance notes, Engineering and engineer's details along with the plan review notes. pep
