As it had a minimal slab on grade foundation and is in the flood plain, the owner is going ro raze what is left and reconstruct the same home with same floor plan using a typical crawlspace method and will have an elevation certificate verifying the first floor level per the elevations noted by Jim Wyllie with public works. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked REScheck and the plan review notes. pep
