To construct a dwelling unit on the 2,217 square foot 2nd story of a new building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD05-00128. The basement and 1st story restrooms, the elevator shaft and elevator, the glass in floors, the exterior ramp, the stairways, the handrails, the parking, the guards, the 1-hr transparent walls at the South property line, exterior windows, building envelope, a furnace, etc. were all done or installed under the shell permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
