To create a new 239 square foot office space to an ext 969 sq/ ft tenant space on the 5th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, and interior wood door. The access floor system, the suspended ceilings, and the 1-hr corridor were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
