(New York Irrigation) Permit to remodel an existing house to office conversion. Scope of work consists of moving interior walls to create 42 inch hallway, add a second exit from the file room (not required), add accessible counter, new interior finishes per ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC, add new fixtures and accessibility elements to convert existing restroom to accessible restroom, add some new and relocate existing lighting, and plumb in one new sink. All work to be done per the approved set of plans and codes adopted by Boise City. NOTE: This building is not fire sprinklered and no new work will affect existing fire-rated corridor.
