This permit is for the construction of a new 3500 sq. ft. two story single family dwelling with an attached garage of 850 sq. ft. and a 212 sq. ft. patio. The main level is 1550 sq. ft. with a guest room and one bathroom. The second level is 1450 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a bonus room of 500 sq. ft. above the garage. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with section R602.10 for wall bracing or build to an engineered design. A Fire Sprinkler Permit is reuired prior to beginning any fire sprinkler work. This house shall be fitted with an NFPA 13D system, modified to include a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along all walls common to attached garage and the living space. Any and all NFPA 13D systems shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
