This project is for the placement of interior non bearing partitions to add three bedrooms to an existing single family dwelling. The family room will be devided to create 2-bedrooms (#2) & (#3) and the rear sitting room will have partitions to create a bedroom (# 7) and a small conference room that must be open to the hallway off of the dining room; adding 3-wall sections into the garage area to extend the garage hall and add a closet to bedroom # 6. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required. This plan review is done under the Planning and Development Services Building Division Policy siting the IBC section 310.1 for R-4 occupancies effected March 20, 2008. R-1A zoning approved by Colleen Carroll. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
