To remodel an existing 6,388 square foot office space located on the 3rd story (Southwest corner) of the Ada County Courthouse Building for the Prosecutors Office. The work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The proposed alternative floor plan for a 600 square foot area located within the larger 6,388 square foot area is also approved. A 285 square foot breakroom located remote from the 6,388 square foot area is also covered under this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
