(Childrens Store - Orchard Center Mall) PLAN MODIFICATION 4-17-09. To redefine an existing 3,190 sq ft tenant space by removal and installation of interior non-bearing walls to create one 4,725 sq ft tenant space per approved plans. New space will consist of 3,775 sq ft mercantile, 428 sq ft warehouse, and 442 sq ft office.
