The dwelling unit separation wall will be built to gypsum file number 3520 up to the cieling and a draftstop above that with 5/8 X on the lid. All eaves within five feet of the property line will be rated one hour with two layers of 5/8 X on the underneath side. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with section R602.10 for wall bracing or build to an engineered design. This structure is being built to only meet duplex standards and not to be sold as individual units. Built per all approved plans, red lining and plan review report.
