(CLEARWIRE - SEDGWICK CENTER - ROOF) To install one wireless rooftop antenna along with two BTS units, and mounting equipment to the exterior of the penthouse on the existing buildings roof. One antenna will be mounted on the East exterior wall face, one on the North face and one on the South face. All work per approved plans, engineering, attached details, and CAA08-00100. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered. This is a scope of work permit. A letter of completion is to be issued when done. Some electrical work will occur. The structural engineering firm is requiring a structural engineer from the firm inspect for the correct installation of the antennas. (SRZ)
