Description
This permit is for the construction of a 2292 sq. ft. new single family dwelling with a basement. The basement is 472 sq. ft. with an unfinished mechanical room and a finished media room. The main story is 1820 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and a den/office room as well as two bathrooms. The attached garage is 610 sq. ft. and is attached to an existing art studio. The foundations will be attached by rebar being dowelled into the existing foundation. There is also a covered front porch of 82 sq. ft. and a 420 sq. ft. covered back patio. The walls are 2x4 with R-13 insulation and a R-5 foam board over the OSB. The east and west sides of the building have roof eaves that extend into the five foot separation distance and will be protected with two layer of 5/8 type X gypsum per detail on wall section. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with R602.10 for wall bracing or build to an engineered design. R-2 zoning district and building setbacks per Planning and Zoning.
