(CORPORATE EXPRESS - VIC PARK BLDG #3) Permit to construct a 5,943 square foot warehouse with office and mercantile. Work to include: [Construction of interior non-bearing partition walls to create an office, a storage room, a drivers room, a conference room, and separate sex accessible restrooms,] new doors in specified locations, install new H-VAC system including ducts and diffusers, new plumbing, new electrical, install a new steel guard rail, install a new stairwell at back of warehouse, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC.
