Work on the 1st floor to include removal of interior finish and partitions within a space just west of the escalator, walls around the escalator, and remove the escalator and stairway to the basement. Work on the 2nd floor to include removal of wall surrounding the opening between 1st & 2nd floors, and to remove finish at the south end of the floor; temporary guardrails must be installed around the perimeter of the opening until a permanent guardrail is installed under BLD08-01464. All exiting for the 3rd floor and 1st floor tenants to remain intact. FIRE SPRINKLERS AND FIRE ALARMS TO REMAIN FULLY OPERATIONAL AS APPROVED BY BOISE CITY PDS FIRE DIVISION.
