Fire sprinklers are required. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to installation work. SLR. For the construction of a 5981 sqft, 2 story, ( first story 2015 sqft, second story 3966 sqft) single family dwelling with 4 1/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and a attached 1176 sqft garage all per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. Refer to BLD08-00718 for rock retaining walls. This lot is within a hillside area and subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and a defensible area will be maintained. A letter from the applicants geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Terry Records at 384-3946. This house shall be fitted with a NFPA 13D system modified to include a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along all walls common to attached garage and living space. The system shall also be equiped with an alarm initiating device commonly refered to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
