This permit is for the construction of a 380 square foot addition to an existing single family dwelling. There is also going to be some remodeling of the existing structure including removing the existing stairs to the second story and adding new stairs in a different location in the existing house. Also included in this permit is the construction of a 760 square foot detached garage. The main story is 380 square feet and used as a garage.
