This building will contain dry goods, cooler and freezer warehouse areas, as well as, office and maintenance support areas. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area. This building is an unlimited area building. Minimum 60 foot open yards and public ways must be maintained around this building. This permit is for a cold shell only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy.
