Provide an accessible route to and within all office & common use areas within the tenant space; upgrade one of two existing restrooms to provide increased accessibility (20% rule); provide accessible: customer service counter, drinking fountains, doors, door hardware and approach clearance at doors; install new ceiling grid system, relocate existing light fixture's; modify plumbing, electrical & mechanical, interior finishes and cabinetry, all per reviewed plans, red-line notes on plans and all attached plan review comments / conditions. drs
