This project is for the remodel of the basement area of an existing single family dwelling that will include the replacement of windows as necessary, relocation of egress windows in one bedroom and the creation of a new laundry room area. There will also be a new exterior stair entry to the basement. This project is approved in the R-1CH zoning district through DRH08-00259 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
