Exterior walls, windows, and doors shall be retained. No exterior demolition, no structural demolition, and no new work is allowed under this permit. New work, including the new roof covering, will be done under permit BLD08-01430. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Required exits, existing structural elements, fire protection devices, and sanitary facilities shall be maintained at all times when the building is occupied. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) must be notified 10 working days in advance for all renovations that disturb 260 lineal feet / 160 square feet / 35 cubic feet of asbestos containing materials.
