**(Interior Demo)** (3rd Floor - Suite #300)** To remove interior nonbearing partitions in two suites located on the third floor to prepare space for future tenant improvement build out under separate permit. Work to include removal of nonbearing partitions, floor finishes, suspended ceiling system, remove cabinets and mill work, cap plumbing. Provide temporary guardrails at two existing stairs were walls will be removed. The sprinkler system and alarm system are to remain fully operational during all phases of construction. All areas are to be kept clean and free of construction debries. All pedestrian protection shall be installed as needed. All debries are to be removed and disposed of properly. Leave ceiling tiles in place were sprinkler heads are installed. ALL EXITS FROM FLOOR ARE TO REMAIN ACCESSIBLE TO ALL OCCUPANTS. All new work is to be permitted under future tenant improvement permit. RmH
