(THE ASPEN - RESIDENTIAL UNIT 1601) Fire sprinklers required because this building is a high-rise. To create a 2,541 square foot dwelling unit on the 16th story of a new high-rise building. The 1-hr corridor on the 16th story will be constructed in conjunction with this permit. Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistance-rated tenant demising walls, 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor, interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. This dwelling unit is required to comply with ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 1004 as a Type B dwelling unit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
