Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistance-rated tenant demising walls, 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor, interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, a noncombustible open stairway, guard, millwork, and finishes. The portion of this dwelling unit located on the 17th story is required to comply with ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Section 1004 as a Type B dwelling unit. The portion of this dwelling unit located on the 18th story is not regulated for accessibility.
