(Fire damage repairs for a 4 plex with addresses of 751, 752, 755, & 757 S. White Cloud Dr.) To repair fire damage to an existing four-plex apartment building and restore the building back to its original state. Work to include removal and replacing of selected fire damaged trusses, replace roofing materials, windows and doors as required, replace selective drywall for ceilings/walls, cabinets, millwork, insulation, flooring, exterior siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, ect.. Separate permits are required for the installation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical. No new alterations or additions are approved under this permit and would require a separate permit. The installation of smoke alarms in each unit is required and be installed per IFC 907.3.2. All construction shall be per the approved plans, Engineering, and attached insurance scope of work. *SRZ*
