This remodel project of this single family dwelling is to consist of a garage extension of 207s.f. A new laundry room of 136s.f. will then be extended into the garage area along with 84s.f. for a new powder room and access hallway from the entry area to the new laundry room. The rear exterior wall of the dwelling will also be extensively remodeled to include removal of the existing rear balcony stair and relocating it. The rear wall will be modified to reflect the approved plans per the engineering documents including calculations and details.
