This is a one level unit of 1051 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an attached garage of 282 square feet. There is also a covered front porch of 36 square feet. The side setback for this unit is five feet, therefore the roof overhangs will encroach into the fire separation distance and are required to be rated to one hour on the underneath side per the detail on the approved plans.
