(Unit 2 Building 14) This permit is for the construction of a new townhouse with four attached units. This is unit 2 that has a total of 1396 square feet with an attached garage of 431 square feet. The main level is 624 square feet with one bathroom, a kitchen, and a covered front porch of 48 square feet. The second story is a total of 772 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The separation wall will continue to the end of the wall that separates the front porches and continue through to the roof deck as noted on plans.
