This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that is to include the placement of 24l.f. of interior non bearing partitions. The partitions will add a closet to the new family room and create a new hallway off of the master bedroom. Separate electrical permits are required. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll.
