Micron Building #16 (C12880) - Remodel and Facilitate for NEXX - To demo approximately 24 lineal feet of cleanroomwall between VD Bay 5 and Service Aisle 004L. To install aproximately 68 lineal feet of plascor cleanroom wall and new double door to create a new approximate 20'-8" x 26'-0" (540 sq. ft.) Inspection Bay 001I at the south end of VD Bay 5 and Service Aisle 004L. This permit also includes related ceiling grid, raised floor tile and mechanical and electrical modifications. Equipment from Plating Bay 001J will be relocated to this new room. The work is being done in the basement of Building #16 between grid lines 14 & 15.5 and P & Q. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
