(INTERIOR DEMOLITION - JOANN STORES) To perform select interior demolition of NON-STRUCTURAL walls, elements and interior finishes of existing 37,200 sq. ft. tenant space in preparation for tenant improvement for JoAnn Fabric & Crafts, BLD08-02320, currently under review. NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fully sprinklered. The sprinkler system shall remain operational and in compliance with NFPA 13 at all times during demolition work, as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Separate permits are required from the fire department before any work can be performed on the sprinkler or alarm systems. All exit systems shall be maintained and demolished materials cleaned up and properly disposed of. Fire safety during demolition shall comply with Chapter 14, 2006 International Fire Code (see attached). drs
