This project is for the addition of 336s.f. to an existing single family dwelling with R-1B setbacks ok per Lucinda Grames. This project will include the removal and placement of interior non bearing partitions to reconfigure the master suite, add a den/bedroom; relocation of the laundry area and the addition of a powder room off of the new utility room. A large portion of the roof system will be replaced to create a vaulted area over the center section of the dwelling. The garage will be extended to the rear a 24". Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, energy option 1 and the plan review notes. pep
