(State Farm 10346 Overland) (Refer to BLD01-01969 for last T.I.) For the interior alterations to an existing 2835 s.f. space, creating two spaces with the 1425 s.f. space to the west being left unoccupied and the 1410 s.f. space on the east end of the building to be occupied by State Farm per the approved plans. The 1425 s.f. unocupied space will require a seperate building permit and occupancy certificate for future tenant. Work to include the accessibillity ugrade to the existing bathroom, millwork and sink for the breakroom, infill of a tenant demising wall, a new interior partition wall to create room 102 and 103, misc. interior doors and related interior finishes. Work also to include patch and repair of the existin ceiling grid. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING AND ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PRMIT AND COMPLY WITH NFPA#13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT. CDM
