This project is for the construction of a new 2635s.f. 1-story single family dwelling to replace a single family dwelling that was destroyed fire. The new dwelling will have a 1094s.f. basement and 1541s.f. of main level living area with a 528s.f. 2-car garage. There is to be 736s.f. of wooden above grade balcony to the north and west sides of the upper levels of the dwelling with nearly the same area of concrete patio below this deck. There are two sets of code complying exterior stairs from the rear ground level to the deck levels above it. Site drainage plan approved by Terry Records. "A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
