This project is for the placement of a new 4-0 _ 6-8 French door in place of an existing 4-0_4-0 window in the exterior wall of the kit/dining area of an existing single family dwelling using the existing header. The project will also include the placement of a new 32s.f. deck outside of the new door within 8" of the threshold of the new door. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
