This permit is for the construction of a new single family dwelling to replace a single family dwelling that was destroyed by fire. This new dwelling will consist of an 1873s.f. main level tha also has a1431s.f. 3-bay garage. There is a lower level of 1192s.f. defined as a daylight basement. The main level will have the master suite kitchen great and dining rooms on the interior with a 202s.f. above grade balcony in the rear accessed from the master suite sunroom and the kitchen/breakfast area. There will also be interior non bearing partitions to separate about 300s.f. of the garage area into a shop area. The main floor will have a 252s.f. covered front entry area. There is to also be an elevator from the main area to the basement that is to have a family room, craft room, 2-bedrooms, a large storage area (with roughed in laundry area), and a bathroom. Separate electrical, plumbing, echanical and esc permits are required. Per Steve webb the original ESC permit is allowed to be used on this project with the new responsible person assigned per this contractor. Site grading and drainage is approved by Terry Records per documents attached. "A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
