(BENCH CAR WASH) Permit to repair fire damaged car wash. Fire started in the automatic bay (as labeled on plans) and spread threw the roof trusses. Therefore the majority of damage was to the manufactured roof trusses and supporting beams. The scope of work is spelled out on sheet A-1 and in the attached engineer report. Scope of work includes: replacing all manufactured roof trusses, replace six beams, replace brick wall at east property, repair carwash equipment, replace ceiling, and installation of interior finishes in accordance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
