Work to include removing of plumbing fixtures, equipment, etc. from the previously designated second floor of the dwelling and to wall off the stairs in a permanent manner with an attic access door (20" x 30") only. The upper level is being declared as an attic with no occupancy or use allowed under this permit. This is being done so the building will not require a sprinkler system and exit modifications.
