(HCD Hays St. Fire Repair) To repair and or replace interior/exterior fire and water damaged components due to a fire incident approximately 1-1/2 years ago. Repair work to include: Interior wall and ceiling coverings (min. 5/8" Type X G.W.B.), cabinetry, interior doors, designated windows, trim, floor coverings, paint, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical, exterior siding, exterior paint, and miscelanous finish work. Separate permits are required for the installation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical. Roof truss, floor joist, and framing repairs as per structural engineers evaluation and attached report. Existing interior second floor exit stairs to be removed replaced with an exterior deck and exit stairway per engineering. Escape and Rescue openings in all sleeping rooms are required to have a minimum net clear opening of 5 sq.ft. The main egress doors for all units are required to be self - or automatic closeing with an active latch bolt. The installation of smoke detectors are required and are to be installed in all sleeping rooms and access hallways providing access to sleeping rooms. All work subject to inspectors approval, attached Engineering, other reviewing departments approvals, and the plan review report. **SRZ**
