This project is for the remodel of the kitchen of an existing single family dwelling. the project will include the placement of a new island in the kitchen area and the modification of exterior headers on the rear wall to allow for the placement of a doorway using the original header for an existing window and installing a wider header at the kitchen window for a larger window.
