(Western Power Sports) This building was originally constructed under BLD01-00197 for warehouse storage, office and assembly use. This permit is for minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with no changes in occupancy load or classification. Work to include the construction of two new offices on the second floor and the alteration of one conference room area on the first floor. There will be approximatelt 90 lineal feet of new non-combustible wall constructed. All new walls are to be constructed below the existing ceiling grid and braced per the construction documents. Lighting will be reconfigured to accomodate the new office spaces. All work to be done per the approved plans and notations. This is a fully sprinklered building, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a seperate permit and shall comply with NFPA#13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. CDM
